From Priyanka Chopra To Ariana Grande: Hair Transformations That Left Us Speechless

As the season changes, so do these celebrity hairstyles.

The turn of the season means there are many things changing. Layers are getting thicker, makeup is getting darker and even hair is seeing a visible change. Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities are getting on the bandwagon as well by changing up their locks with a snip here and swipe there. Take a look at these 5 celebrities who've transformed their tresses recently and let them inspire your next hairdo!

1. Nicole Scherzinger
While this bombshell has always sashayed with her tresses while singing, that's now a thing of the past. Scherzy went ahead and chopped it all off to reveal a sleek new raven black lob on Instagram. If anything, this just makes her look even sexier!
2. Priyanka Chopra
As Priyanka Chopra reprises her role in Quantico, we'll probably be seeing Alex Parrish with a brand new 'do as PeeCee flaunted a whole new look at a recent shoot. Along with a visibly shorter length, it was her tightly styled curls that caught our attention. So when is Quantico back on TV, again?
3. Ariana Grande
While everyone seems to be going short this season, Ariana Grande stood by her guns and sleek high ponytail. To change things up, she coloured her poker straight hair in a silvery grey shade which almost looked like something out of an anime show!
4. Claire Foy
While the elegant British actress is popular for her noteworthy role in The Crown, we've gotten used to seeing her with the said crown and stiff locks. So for a red carpet premiere, we were thrilled to see Claire with a side parted pixie with a bit of length on top. Wowza!

5. Lucy Hale
Queen of short locks, Lucy Hale barely sports the same hairstyle twice in a week. So for a recent shoot, she (obviously!) played up her short locks with a neat centre parted bob and not a hair out place. Serious 90's nostalgia hitting us in 5...4...3...

Sonam Kapoor's Magazine Covers That We Absolutely Love!

Sonam Kapoor is a photographers delight. Take a look at her best magazine covers yet!

Sonam Kapoor knows how to stun in everything she wears and all the time! Sonam has been a part of some pretty amazing magazine covers, but these are definitely our favourites!

Rock Chick

Sonam Kapoor graced the cover of the latest issue of Vogue in which she is every bit a rock star. With smoky brown eyeshadow, kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips, she made her look do all the talking! Don't miss the dainty necklace and the ring she adorns which is a perfect contrast to the leather jacket.

 The Ethereal Beauty

With that bright red lip, Sonam Kapoor looks like an eternal beauty. Her eye makeup looks on point with subtly blended brown eyeshadow and neatly kohl-rimmed eyes. She even sports lightly contoured cheeks and well-defined eyebrows to give her face a chiselled look.

 A Little Bit Of Drama

On the cover of Femina, Namrata Soni goes all out by giving Sonam a deep ruby lip, well-defined eyebrows and brown eyes. She uses shimmery shadow on the inner corners of her eyes and completes her look with centre parted sleek back hair. All dramatic yet so subtle, we are digging this look.

Not So Basic

Bollywood's favourite fashionista, Sonam Kapoor, could make a perfectly good beauty icon too! We just can't seem to take our eyes off her - her messy beachy waves and dewy skin make her look so sexy. That gold and brown eye makeup is complementing her eye colour perfectly. And don't miss that ombre coloured lip, redefining sensuous all the way.

 That Glow, Though

Sonam Kapoor in the 2014 issue of Elle looks like she definitely doesn't mind the tagline - "Why She'll Never Shut Up". With all smiles, Sonam looks amazing in that quirky Moschino tube dress. She keeps her makeup rather simple with pale pink lips. But it's her eyebrows that caught all our attention. Gently filled in and well defined, they do give her face some dimension. She wears a subtle skin tone eyeshadow with a messy bun hairstyle, keeping the look just perfect.

 Edgy Chic

Sonam Kapoor on the cover of 2013 Elle Magazine looks out and out edgy. Her makeup compliments her outfit perfectly. Keeping her lipstick minimal, she went all out with her eyes. Well defined crease on her upper eyelids and a smoky shadow effect on her lower, she completed her look with a sleek, pulled back updo.

 Autumn Girl

Hail Namrata Soni! She makes sure each cover of Sonam is better than the best. We love how she experimented with her eyes. She seems to have used a heavy dose of mascara and added a thin line of blue kohl just for that extra oomph. She makes a massive statement by just adding some colours to the eyes. She keeps the rest of the look minimal by wearing nude pink lips and blue nails.

 Princess Vibes

Shot in the picturesque locations of Israel, Sonam looks no less than a fairytale princess. Dressed in all baby pink, she wears a deep maroon toned lip and keeps her eyes subtle with simple kohl and a little mascara.

 Boss Babe

Sonam Kapoor in this Elle magazine shot looks like she means business. She wears a deep wine lip with bushy eyebrows. Her eyelids have been given depth without attracting too much attention. Her blush gives her cheeks the dimension they need. Wearing Louis Vuitton with Adidas, she complements the outfit by going in for wet sleek hair, pinned up at the top.

Ranveer Singh's Swag Is Off The Charts - Decoding His Sense Of Style

Ranveer Singh has a super sense of style. He has defined and redefined his look, style and form time and again. Here's a gist

We know that Ranveer Singh has a quirky sense of fashion. The actor is a hit with the fashion police with his whacky outfits and sometimes unconventional accessories (remember the nose ring he wore for a magazine cover?). Use of eclectic colours, the many different hairstyles, the hard-to-miss funky shoes are just few of the things that make Ranveer Singh the most hatke style icon in Bollywood. Fashion is all about expressing yourself and Ranveer really wears his heart out (sometime literally).
Pick anything from the colour wheel, Ranveer will wear it better than anyone else. Not the one to shy away from bold colours, Ranveer looked sizzling hot as he wore red (from top to bottom) on a magazine cover recently, which had even Deepika in awe.
*Men don't wear skirts* Says who? It's 2017 and men (and women) should be able to wear whatever they want to. Here seen wearing a Tuxedo with a kilt (Scottish knee-length skirt). Koi shak?
When it comes to rules, Ranveer has "no *ucks to give". No, he didn't wake up looking like this. This is what he wore to an award show where he was awarded "best dressed".
Know anyone who can rock the man-bun better than him?
Ranveer Singh's kaala chashmaas too reflect his personality - bold and unorthodox.
And finally, here's Ranveer breaking all stereotypes of masculinity wearing a nose ring - long before Aamir Khan donned his.

Ranveer Singh has challenged the rules of the game with his bold, refreshing style and it's a welcome change after seeing Bollywood's biggest actors dress up in Black (or the occasional grey and blue) for years.

2017 In Review: Deepika Padukone Stops Cannes In Its Tracks

Summer in the French Riviera, featuring Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone in a Brandon Maxwell for day 02 at Cannes 2017.
Had Deepika Padukone's beleaguered film Padmavati released on schedule this month, it would have capped what has been a golden year for the actress. She began 2017 with a bang as a Hollywood debutante in xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage opposite Vin Diesel and it seemed likely that Padmavati would have brought her accolades at home. But never mind Padmavati. As 2017 winds down, it seems a good time to return to May this year, when Deepika Padukone made her first appearance at the Cannes Film Festival as one of the several glamorous celebs representing L'Oreal. It wasn't Deepika's first year at Cannes - she was there rocking a Rohit Bal sari in 2010 but not as part of the L'Oreal contingent - and nor was it the first time we've seen her in some show-stopping looks. But Cannes is Cannes, and what celebs wear seems to be as important as the films being screened. So how did Deepika Padukone do on what is one of the world's most watched red carpets? To start with, she managed to make plenty of heads turn in the 48 hours she was there. From floor-length gowns to skyscraper heels for lunch, nothing was too much for The Dimpled One.

Here's a round-up of what Deepika wore.
Day 1
Wearing a Johanna Ortiz red floral ruffled dress, Deepika looked exactly like the red dancing emoji and in keeping with the mood, she shimmied a little too. With aqua eyes, Deepika wore this dress for the L'Oreal Paris Beach Studio, and it perfectly channelled the vibrancy of the French Riviera beach culture.

Later, for press interactions, she went minimal with a blush pink satin Galvin London dress and a messy top knot. Although she looked great, after the vision that she was in red, we were hoping for a little more drama in her look.

And finally, for the much-awaited red carpet appearance, Deepika went with Marchesa. A tulle gown with an embellished bodice, a deep maroon lip and carefully tousled hair, she stuck to her signature style and played it safe. Again, she looked stunning, but the look didn't exactly blow our minds. We just had higher expectations, we think.

Day 2
Deepika's second day in Cannes started on a really high note, with a bright yellow Solace London pencil dress with exaggerated sleeves and a ponytail. If looks could be personified, Deepika's on day two was the kind of bright, happy ensemble you wear on a day when you believe nothing can possibly go wrong. Also, for fans of the minimal jewellery look, the floral Elizabeth and Jamesearrings she paired with the ensemble will be a definite hit.

Deepika followed up the yellow with another eye-popping colour. In the afternoon, she chose to go with a bold Barbie Balenciaga pink. Paired with quirky Louboutin stilettos, she was seen posing with Elle Fanning, also at Cannes for L'Oreal.

Deepika rounded off her Cannes red carpet debut in a midnight green Brandon Maxwell gown with a dramatic train and glittering diamond earrings by De Grisogono. The thigh-high slit and matching piercing eyes definitely made her look elegant beyond belief, and she made it to the best-dressed lists of Vanity Fair and Harper's Bazaar.

Maybe our expectations were at their peak because Deepika Padukone had celeb stylist in-charge of her looks. She pulled off Cannes with elan and elegance - can't wait for next year.
