1. Square Necklines
Wide necklines have been a trend since 2016, from off the shoulders to scoop necks showing your décolleté is the trend and in 2018 it is being done through square necklines.
2. Small Top-Handle Bags
A retro trend that is making a come back this year are those cutesy picnic handbags that women carried in the 80s with their gingham print dresses. Small top handle in bamboos and bamboo straw, are going to be your go-to piece of accessory to carry with your feminine outfit.
3. Gen-Z Yellow
For months now, as we scrolled through our Instagram feed we would see people posting pictures wearing a salmon-y pink colour and hues of baby pink. Well, its time to break that pink monotony as the sun is shining upon us (quite literally) and hues of yellow aka Gen-Z yellow is the colour of the season.
Like Millennial Pink was not just one colour but a new age term for an amalgamation of all things pink, similarly, Gen-Z yellow includes things in bright, sunny yellow, muddy, mustardy yellow, and nearly-fluorescent yellow. Gen-Z yellow did not shoot to fame overnight just because 10 people wore it, but the worlds biggest influencers have been sporting this colour for a few months now!
4. Mules
If a shoe married a sandal the prodigy would be Mules. Love it or hate it, this trend is here to stay. Mules easily pass off as work wear appropriate. Mules or Babouche can be worn to add some spunk to your corporate attire.

Moving on from slip dresses this trend has gone one notch up. Inspired by Gucci and Coco Chanel's collection, the recent street-style trend is that of wearing pyjamas in the daytime. Now, we do love the fact that this new trend looks street-style-chic and is comfortable at the same time, but it is a very tricky trend to nail.
